Forgotten Chicken Pin It

Well… I love the name of this recipe almost as much as the meal!

It’s forgotten because you can put it in the oven and forget about it!

NO FAIL! YEAH!

Dinner should be easy and non-stressful.

Who doesn’t want that? I live for it!

When you come home from work… pull out the casserole dish, you know you have one!

Turn on the oven…Toss in a few ingredients … put it in and go have fun doing something or nothing.

When you’re hungry… take it out!

You can help the kids with homework… watch TV… Play Minecraft on your phone! Whatever!

Then… when you’re done… so is DINNER!

WooHOO!!

Let’s get STARTED!

Serve with steamed broccoli and a slice of baguette. MMMmm! Everyone will love this!

Did I mention how easy this recipe is to make and clean up?

YEP… ONE DISH!

High 5 that! Rinse it a little and toss it in the dishwasher! DONE!

This is one of those recipes that your whole family will love and will want you to make over and over.

Great for when company is coming because it serves a crowd and is easy to fix without paying attention to “cooking” while your guests are there.

Serve some up tonight!

I usually always have chicken, rice, and “cream of” soup in my pantry. So I can usually make anything simply and without going to the store. Same goes for the sides… frozen peas, broccoli, and green beans. You’d be surprised how many different meals you can make with the basic ingredients. SO … Time to STOCK UP!

If you try this recipe… please leave comments and tell me what you think.

Until next time…
