* I found this recipe on PINTEREST with just a picture and instructions… so no website for credit… boo! *

Serve over Fettuccine topped with pan juices and fresh chopped parsley …. salad and a slice of baguette. Goes great with a glass of Pinot Grigio!

Not only was this meal FAB-U-LOUS … but the cleanup was a snap.

Just wrap up the FOIL and toss!

Plus …. you don’t have to rinse the plate because it will be licked clean. LOL!

Just put it in the dishwasher… pour another glass of wine and you are DONE!

How cool is that? And the whole time you’re accepting ROCK STAR compliments.

YEP! You ARE the GOD or GODDESS for the night!

You know you love that!

So… go get some shrimps and make this tonight!

HURRY UP ALREADY!

Buy the shrimp at the seafood department and ask for de-veined! This will save you a TON of time. When you get home, put the shrimp in a large colander and run cold water over them. Swoosh them around in the water and rinse them WELL! While the water is running, peel the rest of the shell off and rinse in more water. YOU WILL be so glad you did this … the shrimp WILL BE perfect!

When the shrimp finished cooking for the 15 minutes… I turned the oven on BROIL for just a few minutes. Really helped to set the flavors and turned the sauce to more of a roux! MMMM GOOD! CLINK!

Until next time…
