I LOVE… HOT… WINGS… I can’t deny!

Mmmmm!!! They make me want to CRY!

OK… I could go on and on… but I will spare you! LOL!

But… truly I DO love hot wings!

When I go out for HOT wings… I like them fried.

But when I make them at home …

I like to bake them and save my house from smelling like a greasy spoon!

I buy the BIG 4 lb. bag of GREAT VALUE frozen “wing sections”.

I put them on a giant cookie sheet with a “rack” so that they stay nice and crispy!

Mmmmm…. I can taste them right now.

Let’s get this WING PARTY started!

HOT Wings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

HOT Wings

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs frozen wing sections
  2. 1 cup FRANKS Hot Sauce
  3. 1/2 stick of butter
  4. Blue or Ranch Cheese Dressing
  5. Celery Sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Bake frozen wings 45 - 60 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part reads 180 degrees
  3. While wings are cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat
  4. Add FRANKS Hot Sauce
  5. Stir until butter has melted completely
  6. Turn off heat and let sit until wings are ready
  7. When wings are done, place in large bowl
  8. Toss with hot sauce + butter mix until evenly coated
  9. Serve immediately with blue-cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side

Ahhhhhh! Break out the paper towels and belly up for the BEST WINGS ever.

You can even eat them with your elbows on the table …

I like my celery EXTRA crispy. I wash the stocks really well and then cut into thirds. Then I put them in a glass filled with ice-water in the fridge until we are ready to eat. That is the secret to EXTRA Crispy-licious Celery. Try it… you’ll LOVE IT!
